The <br />analysis performed without the Twin Lakes Parkway assumes the existing geometries at <br />the County Road CICleveland Avenue intersection. The overallle1/el of service remains <br />the same at both intersections regardless of construction of Twin Lakes Parkway. Both <br />intersec;tions were analyzed with the existing geometries for the scenario without T\1r'in <br />Lakes Parkway.
