(SCS
interpretations and soil boring logs need not be attached.)

Soils are mapped as a combination of Urban Land Zimmerman Complex, Urban
Land, Urban Land Lino Complex, and Isanti Loamy Fine Sand (Figure 7).

Original soil types mapped on Figure 7 (as described above) are no longer present
on the site due to the mass grading and filling which has occurred. Currently,
soils on the site are most appropriately classified as Urban Land in developed
portions and as Udorthents (fill) in most of the undeveloped land.

Profiles, drainage characteristics, and depth to water table indicated for soils
mapped on Figure 6 and described in the soil survey are no longer valid due to
these described soils alterations.

Recent soil boring logs from 1994 and 1999 found ground water levels on the site
to range from 4.5 to 15 feet below the surface. Based on the soil borings, the
average water table elevation was 9.4 feet below ground, at an average elevation
of901 MSL. The ordinary high water level (OHWL) ofDNR Wetland 50W is
902 MSL, also indicative of the water table elevation.

The described soil borings were to a depth of 20 feet below the surface, and no
bedrock was encountered. According to MossIer and Cleland, depth to bedrock in
the area is approximately 100 feet (Depth to Bedrock Map, County Atlas Series,
Atlas C-7, Plate 5 in the Geologic Atlas, Ramsey County, Minnesota, University
of Minnesota, St. Paul, 1992).

The described soil boring logs are available for review upon request.

17.

Erosion and Sedimentation:
Give the acreage to be graded or excavated and the cubic yards of soil to be
moved:

Page 15

---.-------
