If no, explain. <br /> <br />The City of Rosevi1\e's current Comprehensive Plan, adopted on September 12, <br />1994 and revised January 10, 1996 (Figure 8) guides the site for Business uses, a <br />designation that "deals with high volume retail, restaurants, office parks, gas <br />stations and other high traffic generating users." <br /> <br />Page 31 <br />
