Member Cunningham noted <br />201 <br />staff’s concern in setting a precedent, but noted that this amendment only made the garage 110% <br />202 <br />of the size of the principle structure; and therefore perhaps that rationale could be used in <br />203 <br />addressing future requests if the precedent-setting concern was brought up. <br />204 <br />Member Cunningham expressed her strong interest in the City Engineer taking a closer look at <br />205 <br />this property, opining that it may trigger a larger discussion about similar properties in Roseville <br />206 <br />with longer driveways on larger lots. <br />207 <br />Member Murphy concurred with that interest. <br />208 <br />Ayes: 3 <br />209 <br />Nays: 0 <br />210 <br />Motion carried. <br />211 <br />5.
