A scaled and dimensioned site plan indicating all existing conditions and <br />3 the proposed improvement must be submitted with the building permit <br />4 application. <br />5 <br />6 e. Drainage and/or roof gutters shall be designed/installed to direct runoff <br />7 away from the adjoining (south) property. <br />8 <br />9 f. The variance shall expire within six months after the approval date (July 6, <br />10 2005) unless that applicant has been granted a building permit. A building <br />11 permit is valid for one year. <br />12 <br />13 Brent Anderson introduced himself to the Board as the representative for the Mr. <br />14 Rehmann who was out of the state. <br />15 <br />16 Member Pust asked whether there were any negative comments/concerns regarding the <br />17 proposal. The City Planner indicated that an e-mail from the adjacent property owner <br />18 was received which message indicated support for the proposal and that he did not <br />19 receive any comments opposing the proposal. <br />20 <br />21 Chair Bakeman closed the hearing. <br />22 <br />Motion: <br />23 Chair Bakeman moved, seconded by Member Pust, to adopt a Resolution <br />24 approving an 11.5 foot corner side yard setback Variance to Section 1004.01E and an 18 <br />25 foot rear yard setback Variance to Section 1004.015 of the Roseville City Code, for <br />26 Arnold Rehmann, 44 Mid Oaks Lane, based on the findings in Section 5 and the <br />27 conditions (as amended) of Section 6 of the project report dated July 6, 2005. <br />28 <br />29 Ayes: 3 <br />30 Nays: 0 <br />31 Motion carried. <br />32 <br />5.
