<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 12th day of March 2001, at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mastel, Klausing, Goedeke, Maschka, and Kysylyczyn. <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Council Member Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9872 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION VACATING A SOUTHERN PORTION OF COUNTY ROAD B-2 <br />DIRECTL Y ADJACENT TO 1500 COUNTY ROAD B-2 (PF3285). <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) has requested <br />vacation of a portion of County Road B-2 right-of-way adjacent to the property they own at 1500 <br />County Road B-2; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the portion of right-of-way to be vacated is legally described as: <br /> <br />Tract 1. That part of County Road B-2 in the City of Roseville, Minnesota, <br />contained within the following tract: Tract A, Registered land Survey No. 317, Files of the <br />Registrar of Titles, County of Ramsey; the title thereto being registered as evidence by <br />Certificate of Title No. 277568; <br /> <br />which lies northerly, northwesterly and northeasterly of the south line of Tract 1 herinbefore <br />described and southerly, southwesterly and southeasterly of a line run parallel with and distant <br />55 feet southerly of Line A described below: <br /> <br />Line A <br /> <br />Commencing at the west quarter corner of Section 10, Township 29 North, Range <br />23 West, thence run southeasterly at an angle of39 degrees 56 minutes 00 <br />seconds from the east and west quarter line of said Section 10 (measures east to <br />south) for 100 feet; thence run northwesterly on the last described course for <br />490.09 feet; thence deflect to the left at an angle of90 degrees 00 minutes 00 <br />seconds for 44 feet; thence deflect to the left at an angle of 90 degrees 00 minutes <br />00 seconds for 150.61 feet; thence deflect to the left on a curve having aradius of <br />998.93 feet, a delta angle of 49 degrees 21 minutes 03 seconds and a length of <br />860.41 feet for 599.39 to the point of beginning of Line A; thence continuing <br />southeasterly on the last described curve for 249.51 feet and there terminating; <br /> <br />together with that part of Tract 1 hereinbefore described, adjoining and easterly ofthe above <br />described strip which lies southerly, southeasterly and southwesterly of a line run northeasterly <br />from a point 55 feet southerly and radially from the point of termination Line A hereinbefore <br />described, to its intersection with a point 45 feet southerly and perpendicular to he point of <br />beginning of Line B described below: <br />
