<br />l <br /> <br />and together with that part of Tract 1 hereinbefore described lying northerly, northwesterly and <br />northeasterly of the south line of Tract 1 hereinbefore described and southerly, southeasterly and <br />southwesterly of a line run parallel with and distant 45 feet southerly of Line B described below: <br /> <br />Line B Commencing at the point of termination of Line A described above; thence <br />continued southeasterly on said curve for 11.02 feet to the point of beginning of Line B; thence <br />run easterly on tangent to said Line A for 88.89 feet; thence deflect to the right 90 degrees 00 <br />minutes 00 seconds for a distance of 35.00 feet more or less to its intersection with the south line <br />of said Tract 1 hereinbefore described and there terminating. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on the MnDOT request to <br />vacate a portion of the southern right-of-way of County Road B-2 adjacent to their facility at <br />1500 County Road B-2; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission recommended approval of the MnDOT request <br />for vacation of a portion of County Road B-2, based on findings of the staff report dated <br />February 14,2001; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears that it would be beneficial to the public interest to vacate a <br />portion of County Road B-2; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City ofRoseville, <br />Minnesota, hereby vacates a portion of County Road B-2, as legally described above. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Mastel, <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mastel, Klausing, <br />Goedeke, Maschka, and Kysylyczyn <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
