1 structure setback and proposed location for the detached accessory <br />2 structure and must submit this plan with the building permit application. <br />3 <br />4 c. The detached accessory structure shall be set back a minimum of 6 feet <br />5 from the principal structure. <br />6 <br />7 d. Drainage and roof gutters shall be installed to direct runoff toward the <br />8 street. <br />9 <br />10 e. The existing impervious surface, located along the west side of the <br />11 property, must be removed and the driveway apron and curb cut removed, <br />12 to be replaced with curb line. <br />13 <br />14 f. The applicant must receive a driveway access permit from the Public <br />15 Works Director for the new Nancy Place driveway, which can be no wider <br />16 than 26 feet at the property line <br />17 <br />18 g. The variance shall expire within six months after the approval date unless <br />19 that applicant has been granted a building permit. <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 Brent Huberty, 900 Grandview Avenue West, explained that his proposal is to maintain <br />23 the same garage line of sight and preserve the adjacent two large trees. <br />24 <br />25 Chair Bakeman asked if the shed and garage will be removed. (The garage will be <br />26 removed while the shed is still being considered for demolition.) <br />27 <br />28 No further comment was offered. Chair Bakeman then closed the hearing. <br />29 <br />Motion: <br />30 Member Pust moved, seconded by Member Boerigter, to adopt a Resolution <br /> <br />31 approving a 13 foot Variance to Section 1004.016of the Roseville City Code for Brent <br />32 Huberty and Owen Polifka, 900 Grandview Avenue, based on the findings in Section 5 <br />33 and the conditions of Section 6 of the project report dated September 7, 2005, with the <br />34 amendment to Section “6a”, as follows: “The detached accessory structure (garage) shall <br />35 be set back a minimum of 17 feet from the corner side yard (east) property line adjacent <br />36 to Nancy Place.” <br />37 <br />38 Ayes: 3 <br />39 Nays: 0 <br />40 Motion carried. <br />41 <br /> <br />42 <br />5.
