AttachmentA <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br />1Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />2of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 27th day of October, <br />32014, at 6:00 p.m. <br />4 <br />5The following members were present: ; and and the following members were absent: . <br />6 <br />7Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />8 <br />RESOLUTION No. <br />9 <br />10 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY REPORT <br />11 <br />FOR VICTORIA STREET RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT <br />12 <br />13 <br />14WHEREAS, Victoria Street south of County Road B was previously a Ramsey County <br />15facility and is not currently constructed to the standards of the City of Roseville; and <br />16 <br />17WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve that portion of Victoria Street from Larpenteur <br />18Avenue to County Road B by one or more of the following installations: bituminous paving, <br />19concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer, and necessary appurtenances, and to assess the <br />20benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota <br />21Statutes, Section 429.011 to 429.111: <br />22 <br />23NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />24Minnesota as follows: <br />25 <br />261. The roadway section specified above is hereby approved for inclusion in the 2015 <br />27Pavement Management Program. <br />28 <br />292. The proposed improvements are referred to the City Engineer for study and he is <br />30instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a <br />31preliminary way as to whether they should best be made as proposed or in connection <br />32with some other improvements, and the estimated cost of the improvements as <br />33recommended. <br />34 <br />35The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member <br />36 and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the <br />37following voted against the same: <br />38 <br />39WHEAREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
