Public hearings regarding this project are proposed to be held in January <br />37 <br />2015. <br />38 <br />PO <br />OLICYBJECTIVE <br />39 <br />It has been the city’s policy to manage and maintain the street infrastructure utilizing pavement <br />40 <br />management policies which achieve the lowest overall cost to the city over time. This reconstruction <br />41 <br />project is consistent with those goals. <br />42 <br />FI <br />INANCIALMPACTS <br />43 <br />It is proposed that the cost of the project be financed with Municipal State Aid funds, special <br />44 <br />assessments, park renewal funds and storm water utility funds where applicable.
