Attachment A <br />8.Provide copies of documents and reports created or obtained in the course of undertaking the <br />work set forth in the grants, upon request from the City. <br />9.Submit a written explanation to the City if TBRA grant funds cannot be expended within the <br />timeframe of the grant agreement. <br />D.BOTH PARTIES SHALL: <br />1.MODIFICATION. Modifications within the scope of the instrument shall be made by <br />mutual consent of the parties, by the issuance of a written modification, signed and dated by <br />all parties, prior to any changes being performed. <br />2.PARTICIPATION IN SIMILAR ACTIVITIES. This instrument in no way restricts SA <br />Roseville from participating in similar activities with other public or private agencies, <br />organizations, and individuals. <br />3.TERMINATION. Either party may terminate this agreement upon written notice if the grant <br />is terminated or otherwise as provided in any Development Agreement entered into between <br />the City and SA Roseville. <br />4.COMMENCEMENT/EXPIRATION DATE.
