Given this deadline, please submit your minor <br />subdivision proposal (lot line modification) or complete the attached variance application at your <br />earliest convenience. The lot line modification should be a accurate representation of the two <br />parcels you own and the proposed lot line modification. Provision of this necessary information <br />may allow the DRC to forward your request to the Planning Commission or City Council prior to <br />the March 12,2001 deadline.
