<br />5.0 S1I'AJFF JRJECOMMJENj[))A1I'RON <br /> <br />5.1 Staffrecommends approval of the PUD Amendment (#1199) allowing Taco Bell to <br />install a 20 square foot sign on the north fa<;ade consistent with the attached sign plan and <br />to extend the drive-thru hours of operation only from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m. weekdays <br />and weekends, subject to a review in December of 200 1 and 2002, to be reviewed by the <br />City Council with appropriate action taken. <br /> <br />6.0 JP>ILANNRNG COMMRSSRON CONSRJI))JEIRA1I'RON/AC1I'RON <br /> <br />6.1 On February 14, 2001, the Roseville Planning Commission held the public hearing <br />regarding Border Foods PUD Amendment request. At this hearing, Peter Anderson <br />indicated his residential neighborhood (California Avenue, St. Paul) is not opposed to the <br />added sign. However, he and his neighbors oppose a weekday expansion of late night <br />hours.
