<br />?F32't "2- <br /> <br />r <br /> <br />.:1 <br /> <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of . <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 26th day of March 2001, at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mastel, Klausing, Goedeke, Maschka and Kysylyczyn <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Council Member Kysylyczyn introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9875 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A VARIANCE FROM SECTION 1012.10AI0 <br />(SUPPORT BUILDINGS) OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE) FOR <br />VERIZON WIRELESS, ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2361 HIGHWAY 36. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Verizon Wireless has requested a variance from Section 1012.10AI0 <br />(Support Buildings) of the Roseville City Code; and for property located at 2361 Highway 36 <br />legally described as: <br /> <br />All that part of the North East Quarter of the South West Quarter of Section 8, Township <br />29 North, Range 23West, described as follows: <br /> <br />Commencing at the intersection of the North line of State Trunk Highway No. 36 and <br />centerline of St. Croix Street; thence Northerly on said center line 140.1 feet; thence <br />deflect 17 degrees 44 minutes left on said center line 310.95 feet for point of beginning; <br />thence deflect 143 degrees 00 minutes right 50.0 feet; thence deflect 34 degrees 04 <br />minutes left 419.81 feet to a point on a line which is 297.0 feet West of and parallel with <br />the East line of said North East Quarter distant 401.88 feet North of the North line of <br />State Trunk Highway No. 36; thence Northerly on said line 612.33 feet to a point on the <br />North line of said North East Quarter; thence Westerly on said North line 75.0 feet; <br />thence Southwersterly 692.65 feet to point of beginning, except therefrom that part <br />granted to the Village ofRoseville in Quit Claim Deed Document No. 1773064; and all <br />that part of the North East Quarter of the South West Quarter of Section 8, Township 29 <br />North, Range 23 West described as follows: <br /> <br />Commencing at the intersection ofthe north line of State Trunk Highway No. 36 and <br />centerline ofSt. Croix Street; thence northerly on said center line 140.1 feet; thence <br />deflect 17 degrees 44 minutes left on said center line 310.95 feet for point of beginning; <br />thence deflect 40 degrees 00 minutes left 50.0 feet; thence deflect 42 degrees 57 minutes <br />right 290.58 feet to a point on the Southeasterly line of St. Croix Falls Improvement <br />Company, right-of-way; thence Northeasterly on said Southeasterly line 322.31 feet to <br />the North line of said North East Quarter; thence Easterly on said North line 333.72 feet <br />to a point which is 372.0 feet West ofthe North East comer thereof; thence <br />Southwesterly 692.65 feet to point of beginning; according to the U.S. Government <br />Survey thereof.
