The equipment shelter must have a brick facade per Section I012.10AIO of the Roseville <br />City Code. <br /> <br />10. PriQr to issuance of a building pennit, and within 60 days after approval of the <br />conditional use pennit, the applicant must record the conditional use permit with the <br />Ramsey County Recorder. <br /> <br />11. This conditional use pennit shall expire 6 months after approval if a building permit has <br />not been issued. (Section 1013.03) <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City CounciJ, to approve of <br />the conditional use permit granting Verizon Wireless a conditional use pannit to allow the <br />installation of a wireless communication device (monopo1e) and an associated equipment shelter <br />at 2361 Highway 36, based on findings and conditions indicated above. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Mastel, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Mastel, <br />Klausing, Goedeke, Maschka and Kysylyczyn and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />4 <br />
