A.D. 2001 <br />at 02:31 oclock~ <br />County Recorder <br /> <br />C <br /> <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City ofRoseville, <br />County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 26th day of March 2001, at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Klausing, Maschka, Mastel, Goedeke, and Kysylyczyn <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Councilmember Klausing introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9874 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN MAP <br />DESIGNATION FROM B, BUSINESS TO HD, HIGH DENSITY RESIDENTIAL FOR PROPERTY <br />LOCATED AT 197 COUNTY ROAD B-2 (PF #3293). <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, at a public hearing held on March 14,2001, received a <br />request from Samuel Cave & Associates for a Comprehensive Land Use Plan Amendment and rezoning <br />to develop an 18 unit market rate apartment complex on property located at 197 County Road B-2; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed Comprehensive Land Use Plan Amendment requires a map designation <br />change from B, Business to RD, High Density Residential and a rezoning (change in the zoning map <br />designation) from B-2, Retail Business District to R-3A, Multi-Family Residence District; Three to <br />Twenty Four Units; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said property is legally described as: <br /> <br />Lot 2, Block 2, Transit 2nd Addition, Roseville Minnesota (PID # 122923140076 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after the public hearing, the Planning Commission recommended (4-2) denial of the <br />request for a Comprehensive Plan Amendment and rezoning, indicating support for a lower density <br />residential development; and <br />
