<br />G. Off-Street Loading: One off-street loading space shall be provided in all business <br />districts in connection with all buildings or additions hereafter erected having a <br />gross floor area often thousand (10,000) square feet or more which are to be <br />occupied by a use or uses requiring the receipt or distribution of materials or stock <br />by vehicles. One additional space shall be provided for each twenty thousand <br />(20,000) square feet or major fraction thereof over the original ten thousand <br />(10,000) square feet. No tractor or trailer shall be parked in such space for over <br />seventy-two (72) hours. (JO05.01F) <br /> <br />H. In industrial districts no loading berth for vehicles over two (2) ton capacity shall <br />be closer than one hundred feet (100') to any residence district unless screened by <br />building walls not less than eight feet (8') in height. (J005.01G) <br /> <br />Section 6. Location <br /> <br />A. Accessory off-street parking spaces which are not enclosed may be located in any <br />required yard as specified in the regulations of each zoning district. Enclosed off- <br />street parking spaces shall not be pennitted in any required yard except the rear <br />yard. An attached enclosed parking space may project three feet (3') into a <br />required front yard as long as there is no living space above it. A detached garage <br />structure in a rear yard must be set back at least five feet (5') from any side or rear <br />lot line. (J004.0105a) <br /> <br />B. Spaces accessory to one- and two-family dwellings shall be on the same lot as the <br />principal use served. (JO04.0J05b) <br /> <br />C. Spaces accessory to multiple-family dwellings shall be on the same lot as the <br />principal use served or within two hundred feet (200') walking distance of the <br />main entrance to the principal building served. Spaces in the R-3 Districts and Business districts shall be at least fifteen feet (15') <br />from any street right-of-way and at least ten feet (10') from any building. <br />(l005.0106b) <br /> <br />E. Spaces accessory to uses located in a business district shall be within three <br />hundred feet (300') of the principal building served. (J005.0J06a) <br /> <br />F. Within the B-1B Districts, there shall be no off-street parking within fifteen feet <br />(15') from any street right of way nor five feet (5') from any other lot line. <br />(JO05.03c) <br /> <br />G. In B-4 Districts, parking may occur within ten feet (10') of a side or five feet (5') <br />of a rear lot line. In the case of corner or double frontage lots, the front setbacks <br />shall apply.
