<br />ORDINANCE NO. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE CREATING A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT #_, <br />BEING THE HIGHCREST BUSINESS PARK MIXED BUSINESS PLANNED <br />UNIT DEVELOPMENT, AND ADDING A 50,000 SQUARE FEET CHARTER <br />SCHOOL TO THE SITE (PF3301) <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does ordain: <br /> <br />Section 1. Pursuant to Section 1008 (Planned Unit Developments) of the City <br />Code ofthe City of Roseville, Planned Unit Development , for property generally <br />located at 2285 Walnut Street, known as the Highcrest Business Park, is herein rezoned <br />as follows: <br /> <br />Prom 1-2 (General Industrial) to a Mixed Use Planned Unit Development, # <br /> <br />The property is located on property legally described as: <br /> <br />Section 2. Effective Date.
