<br />DRAFT ORDINANCE <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 10, OF THE CITY CODE, CHANGING <br />THE ZONING MAP DESIGNATION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY AT 2285 <br />W ALLNUT STREET FROM 1-2, GENERAL INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT TO B- <br />PUD, BUSINESS PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT, WITH AN UNDERLYING <br />ZONE OF B-6, OFFICE PARK DISTRICT (PF #3301) <br /> <br />The City Council of the City ofRoseville does ordain: <br /> <br />Section 1. Real Property Rezoned. Pursuant to Section 1015 (Zoning <br />Amendments) and Section 1008 (Planned Unit Developments) of the City Zoning Code <br />of the City of Roseville, and after the City Council consideration on PF330l, the <br />following property, generally located at 2285 Walnut Street, City ofRoseville, is hereby <br />rezoned from 1-2, General Industrial District, to B-PUD, Business Planned Unit <br />Development, with an underlying zone of B-6, Office Park District: <br /> <br />The property located at 2285 Walnut Street is legally on EXHIBIT A of this <br />ordinance. <br /> <br />Section 2. Planned Unit Development #_' The Planned Unit Development <br />standards and conditions of approval adopted for this property shall be in addition to all <br />other applicable zoning requirements. <br /> <br />Section 3. Effective Date. This ordinance amendment to the City Code shall <br />take effect upon: <br /> <br />1. The passage and publication of this ordinance. <br />2. The execution of the Planned Unit Development Agreement by the City <br />and Meritex Enterprises. <br />3.
