Ow as so Blvd. <br />Roseville, MN 55113 <br /> <br />RE: Request for Variance from City Code, Section 703.04Bla <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Goodding: <br /> <br />The purpose of this letter is to confirm that on June 26,2001, the Roseville City Council <br />approved your request for a Variance by the following action: <br /> <br />Adoption of a resolution approving the request of John Overbye for a 20 foot variance <br />to Section 703.04Bla of the Roseville City Code to allow an increase in the required <br />driveway apron within a public right-of-way from 26 feet to 46 feet for property located <br />at 2916 West Owasso Boulevard, based on the findings in Section 3 of the project report <br />dated June 26, 2001. <br /> <br />The resolution will be filed with Ramsey County by the City Attorney.
