In 1996 the County received a five-year permit. He explained the site <br />layout, adjoining uses and the traffic circulation. <br /> <br />The hours of operation were described. The interim use permit would be for five <br />years with annual staff review. Staff recommended approval. No spills or <br />contamination have occurred. <br /> <br />Member Wilke said he admired the professionalism of the workers on the site. <br /> <br />Joe Wozniak, Coordinator of the HHW site, noted there is no facility, just a <br />collection site for one or two times per year. Bay West has been the contractor on <br />the site. The Roseville site may be used for a month or more per year. <br /> <br />There was no public comment.
