<br />-----==- <br /> <br />Community Development Department <br /> <br />June 27,2001 <br /> <br />Mr. Steven Marchek <br />2995 West Owasso Blvd. <br />Roseville, MN 55113 <br /> <br />RE: Request for Variance from City Code, Section 703.04B4 <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Marchek: <br /> <br />The purpose of this letter is to confirm that on June 26, 2001, the Roseville City Council <br />approved your request for a Variance by the following action: <br /> <br />Adoption of a resolution approving the request of Steven Marchek for an 18 foot <br />variance to Section 703.04B4 of the Roseville City Code to decrease the required <br />driveway access point from a corner lot property line from 30 feet to 12 feet for property <br />located at 2995 West Owasso Boulevard, based on the findings in Section 3 of the project <br />report dated June 26, 2001. <br /> <br />The resolution will be filed with Ramsey County by the City Attorney.
