D. 2001 <br />at 10:50 oclock~ <br />County Recorder <br /> <br />cr;@~'if <br /> <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 26th day of June 2001, at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Goedeke, Mastel, Klausing, Maschka and Kysylyczyn <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Council Member Klausing introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9897 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A 19 FOOT VARIANCE FROM SECTION 703.04BIA AND A <br />5 FOOT VARIANCE FROM SECTION 703.04B9 OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE FOR <br />WILLIAM OLSON, 3188 WEST OW ASSO BOULEVARD (pF 3309) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, William Olson has requested a 19 foot variance from Section 703.04Bla and a 5 <br />foot variance from Section 703.04B9 of the Roseville City Code in coordination with City's Pavement <br />Management Program; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Olson's property is located at 3188 West Owasso Boulevard and legally <br />described at as: <br /> <br />Lot 1, Lake Owasso Park, Ramsey County, Minnesota (PID # 022923110001) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 703.04Bla requires a 26 foot maximum driveway apron width in the <br />public right-of-way; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 703.04B9 requires a minimum driveway side yard setback of 5 feet; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mr. Olson's existing driveway is 60 feet in width to access the existing <br />detached garage and access towards the home; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS; said existing driveway lies very-near the eastern and western side yard property <br />lines; and <br /> <br />1 <br />
