<br />WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission held a public hearing regarding the variance <br />request by Mr. Olson and recommended (6-0) to approve the request, based on fmdings outlined in <br />Section 4 of the project report dated 6/12/01. I <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to grant William <br />Olson a 18 foot variance from Section 703.04B4 and a 5 foot variance from Section 703.04B9 of the <br />Roseville City Code based on the findings in Section 4 of the project report dated 6/26/01. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member <br />Maschka and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Goedeke, Mastel, Klausing, <br />Maschka and Kysylyczyn <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />2 <br />
