The variance within the property stops <br />at the Roseville boundary that is the north property line. <br /> <br />Member Duncan asked ifhe needs an easement from property to the north. (Mr. <br />Olson said property has been same since 1929, with 280 foot driveway. The neighbor <br />in Shoreview has requested a similar solution with pavement to the property line). <br /> <br />Motion: Member Duncan moved, second by Member Rhody, to recommend <br />approval of the request by William Olson for: <br /> <br />· A 19 foot variance to Section 703.04Bla of the Roseville City Code to <br />allow an increase in the required driveway apron with in a public right-of- <br />way from 26 feet to 45 feet; and <br /> <br />· A five foot variance to Section 703.04B9 of the Roseville City Code to <br />allow a driveway to exist on the property line, and encroachment into the <br />required side yard setback of five feet, <br /> <br />for property located at 3188 West Owasso Boulevard, based on the findings in <br />Section 3 of the project report dated June 12,2001. <br /> <br />Ayes: Duncan, Rhody, Olson, Cunningham, Duncan, Traynor <br />Nays: None <br />Motion carried 6-0. <br />
