<br />9.0 SUGGESTED CITY COUNCIL ACTION <br /> <br />9.1 Adopt a resolution to deny the request by James Telstad for variances to Section <br />1004.01A3 (Detached Accessory Building Size Limit), 1004.01A4 (Requirements for <br />Increasing Maximum Size), 1004.01A5 (Overall Area), 1004.01A6 (Maximum Total <br />Surface Area), and 1004.01A8 (Minimum Setbacks) of the Roseville City Code, subject <br />to the findings in Section 6 of the project report dated June 26, 2001. <br /> <br />9.2 As noted above, there is an attached garage and two detached accessory buildings. The <br />two detached accessory buildings will remain pre-existing non-conforming uses in their <br />current condition.
