The normal hours of operation are generally 8:00 a.m. to
4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Member Traynor asked if the cemetery would say there is no emission, odor,
particulates (the machinery manufacturer states there will be none). Mr. Hudalla
distributed brochures explaining the process.

Member Wilke asked if the State requires no emission. (No, the State and Federal
government have set emission levels).

Member Traynor reported that the document from All Crematory noted there are
no mISSIons.

Member Cunningham asked for the amount of time for cremations (about 1.5 to 2
hours for first ones, one hour for second or later units). Does air filtration occur
(yes). Temperature is 1400 to 1800 degrees.

A resident, living on Alta Vista Drive, asked what are the technical specifications
and how do they meet the State requirements? She voiced concern about notices
to neighbors. There is an impact on the neighborhood. If other cemeteries get
crematories, will there be cumulative impact?

Pete Zeller, 1773 Alameda Street, asked for specification and hours of operations
prior to approval. If approved, what control do you have? He felt it was better
suited for an industrial zone. He asked that emission controls should be clear. He
complained about snow dumping and filling of the site. Thomas Paschke
explained the Conditional Use Permit process and permit revocation.

Kris Beardsley, 1754 Alameda, expressed similar concerns. The cemetery has not
done homework on specifications, efficiency and breakdowns; he expressed
concern regarding perceptions on property values such as in high voltage power
lines.

Thomas Paschke explained that property values near Conditional Use Permits
have continued to increase regardless of perspective or intrusion to the
neighborhood.

Mr. Beardsley asked about best estimates of cremations for the year. Thomas
Paschke explained the CUP could state hours of operation, but it would be
difficult to estimate the market.

Martin Coyne, 1842 Alameda, asked for details of other eight crematories in the
Metro area. The closest to Roselawn is the Forest Lawn Cemetery and
Crematorium. He expressed concern about long-term use of the site and the
technology.

;/
