There are emission specifications from the <br />industry - not enough to support the motions. <br /> <br />Motion: Member Rhody moved, second by Member Cunningham, to continue <br />for 30 days the request of Roselawn Cemetery for a conditional use permit to <br />allow construction of an 1,800 square foot crematory structure and associated <br />parking access improvements, to allow time to visit Forest Lawn and allow time <br />for staff to research Minnesota State Health Department reports on Forest Lawn <br />and industry-wide standards. <br /> <br />Ayes: Rhody, Cunningham, Mulder, Duncan, Olson, Traynor <br />Nays: Wilke <br />Motion carried 6-1. <br />
