<br />.. <br /> <br />.... <br /> <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />AN ORDINANCE NO. 1072 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />it <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF <br />ROSEVILLE, REQUIRING PERMITS TO ESTABLISH OR ENLARGE <br />CEMETERIES OR CREMATORIUMS, AND DESIGNATING WHICH LANDS ARE <br />NOW CEMETERIES, AND ESTABLISHING A PERMIT FEE. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The City Code of the City of Roseville is <br /> <br />amended by adding Section 113.050 to read as follows: <br /> <br />Section 113.050. Permits Required. No <br />cemetery, place of burial, or crematorium of <br />the dead human person shall be established or <br />set apart, nor shall any existing cemeteries <br />or crematoriums be enlarged without a permit <br />issued by the City Council. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />The City Code of the City of Roseville is amended by <br /> <br />adding Section 113.060 to read as follows: <br /> <br />Section 113.060. Lands Designated as <br />Cemeteries. The City Council shall make an <br />inventory of all cemeteries and crematoriums <br />existing in the City prior to October 1, <br />1989, and by resolution determine the <br />boundaries of each and thereafter preserve <br />records of which lands are cemeteries. No <br />other lands shall be considered cemeteries <br />until proper permits are issued under Section <br />113.050 of the City Code of the City of <br />Roseville. <br /> <br />III. <br /> <br />The City Code of the City of Roseville is amended to <br />
