<br />C. The structure must take on the exterior appearance and be built with materials <br />similar to that of the office and chapel structures. <br /> <br />D. The structure shall be limited to a size of 30 feet by 60 feet or 1,800 square feet of <br />building area. <br /> <br />E. A drainage plan must be submitted at the time of building permit application that <br />provides proper information on storm water run-off and management to the <br />Engineering Department for their review and approval. <br /> <br />F. The Crematory must meet all applicable Federal, State (Department of Health and <br />Pollution Control Agency) and County building, health and emission, noise, air <br />quality code/standards. <br /> <br />G. A revised site plan including dimensioned information must be submitted to the <br />Community Development Department for review and approval prior to building <br />permit issuance. Said plan must include parking stall width and depth, sidewalk <br />and structure dimensions. <br /> <br />H. Prior to issuance of a building permit, and within 60 days after approval of the <br />conditional use permit, the conditional use permit must be recorded with the <br />Ramsey County Recorder. <br /> <br />1. This conditional use permit shall expire 6 months after approval if a building <br />permit has not been issued (Section 1013.03). <br /> <br />J. The Planning Commission and City Council shall review the project, its <br />conditions of approval, the number of annual cremations, the hours of operation, <br />noise, and emissions two years after final approval and receipt of license. The <br />City Council may make modifications to the CUP at the time of review based on <br />non-compliance with the terms and condition of the projects approval. <br /> <br />K. The applicant must purchase an "ALL Model 2500 Elite" or similar and the <br />applicant must operate at all manufacturers' specifications for emissions and <br />operations. <br /> <br />1.
