6.6 The Crematory must meet all applicable State (Department of Health and Pollution Control Agency) and County building, health and emission, air quality code/standards (see attached information). 6.7 A revised site plan including dimensioned information must be submitted to the Community Development Department for review and approval prior to building permit issuance. Said plan must include parking stall width and depth, sidewalk and structure dimensions. 6.8 Prior to issuance of a building permit, and within 60 days after approval of the conditional use permit, the conditional use permit must be recorded with the Ramsey County Recorder. 6.9 This conditional use permit shall expire 6 months after approval if a building permit has not been issued. (Section 1013.03) 7.0 STAFF RECOMMENDATION 7.1 The staff recommends approval of the Roselawn Cemetery conditional use permit to allow construction of a 1,800 square foot crematory structure and associated parking access improvements, based on Sections 4 and 5 and the conditions listed in Section 6 of the project report dated July 11, 2001. 8.0 SUGGESTED PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION 8.1 By motion, recommend approval (approval with modifications or denial) of a conditional use permit to allow Roselawn Cemetery to construct a 1,800 square foot crematory structure and associated parking access improvements at 803 Larpenteur Avenue, subject to the conditions listed in Section 6 of the project report dated July 11, 2001.
