<br />A. The added stair well shall be of similar material and matching and/or <br />complimentary colors to the existing exterior of the building. <br /> <br />B. The proposed principal structure shall be set back a minimum of 22 feet ITom the <br />north property line (Lovell Avenue right-of-way). <br /> <br />C. The City must provide a landscape planting plan for the addition. <br /> <br />D.
