D. 2001 <br />at 10:50 oclock~ <br />County Recorder <br /> <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF ~~O"." ~: <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSE~~~1f <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 27th day of August 2001, at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Klausing, Mastel, Goedeke, Maschka and Kysylyczyn <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Council Member Kysylyczyn introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9928 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A 108 SQUARE FOOT VARIANCE TO <br />SECTION 1004.01A3 OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE <br />FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1166 LAURIE ROAD (PF 3325) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Fred and Laurie Boucher have requested a 108 square foot variance to <br />Section 1004.01A3 (Detached Accessory Building Limit) ofthe Roseville City Code in order to <br />construct a 1,008 square foot detached garage in their rear yard; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Boucher property is located at 1166 Laurie Road and legally described <br /> <br />as: <br /> <br />Lot 9, Block 2 Golden Oaks" Ramsey County, Minnesota (PID # 102923440050). <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 1004.0 lA3 allows accessory buildings in the rear yard of a <br />residential property to a maximum size of 40% of the rear yard area or in the case of the Boucher <br />parcel 900 square feet; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Boucher propose a detached accessory building 24 feet by 42 feet that <br />would increase the rear yard coverage to 45% or 1,008 square feet~ and <br /> <br />1 <br />
