The Boucher's are also required to obtain a <br />conditional use pennit (CUP) to construct the accessory building (detached garage) in <br />accordance with Sections 1004.01A4 (Requirements for Increased maximum Size) and <br />1013.01 (Conditional Use Penn its) of the Roseville City Code. He noted that the <br />Bouchers could construct a 900 s.f. garage and a 120 s.f. shed on the site. There are <br />benefits to combining the l,008 s.f. into one building. <br /> <br />Staff recommended approval of the CUP and variance, with the requirement that no <br />additional building be placed on the site. Mr. Paschke noted the applicants have <br />requested, and received, approval of the neighbors.
