Coniferous landscaping shall be incorporated into the east and west sides of the property to screen and break up the mass of the structure. D. The accessory structure must be constructed of a similar color and with similar materials to that of the principal structure. 8. 0 SUGGESTED PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION 8.1 The Roseville Planning Commission could consider an alternative that further reduces the size of the detached accessory building below the requested 1,008 square feet. 9.0 SUGGESTED PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION 9.1 By motion, recommend approval (approval with modifications or denial) of a 108 square foot variance from Section 1004.01A3 to allow construction of a detached accessory building 108 square feet larger than the City Code allows for property located at property located at 1166 Laurie Road, based on the comments and findings in Section 3, and 4 of the project report dated July 11, 2001. 9.2 By motion recommend approval (approval with modifications/denial) of a conditional use permit to allow construction of a 24 foot by 42 foot (1,008 sq. ft.) detached accessory building for property located at 1166 Laurie Road, based on the comments and findings in Section 3 and 5, and the conditions stipulated in Section 7 ofthe project report dated July 11, 2001.
