<br />B. Windows must be incorporated into wall design on the east and west building <br />face. <br /> <br />C. Coniferous landscaping shall be incorporated into the east and west sides of the <br />property to screen and break up the mass of the structure. <br /> <br />D. The structure must be setback a minimum of five feet from the side and rear <br />property line. <br /> <br />E. Gutters must be included to properly channel roof drainage away from the <br />adjacent (east) property. <br /> <br />F. The roof truss design must be of similar design to those existing structures <br />contiguous to the property. <br /> <br />G. The accessory structure must be constructed of a similar color and with similar <br />materials to that of the principal structure. <br /> <br />8. 0 SUGGESTED PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION <br /> <br />8.1 The Roseville Planning Commission could consider an alternative that further reduces <br />the size of the detached accessory building below the requested 1,008 square feet. <br /> <br />9.0 SUGGESTED PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION <br /> <br />9.1 By motion, recommend approval (approval with modifications or denial) of a 108 <br />square foot variance from Section 1004.01A3 to allow construction of a detached <br />accessory building 108 square feet larger than the City Code allows for property <br />located at property located at 1166 Laurie Road, based on the comments and <br />findings in Section 3, and 4 of the project report dated July 11, 2001. <br /> <br />9.2 By motion recommend approval (approval with modifications/denial) of a conditional <br />use permit to allow construction of a 24 foot by 42 foot (1,008 sq. ft.) detached <br />accessory building for property located at 1166 Laurie Road, based on the <br />comments and findings in Section 3 and 5, and the conditions stipulated in Section 7 <br />ofthe project report dated July 11, 2001. <br /> <br />Prepared by: Thomas Paschke (490-2236) <br /> <br />Attachments: Property location map; site photo; site plan. <br />Application accepted on June 20, 2001. 60-day review deadline on August 19,2001. <br /> <br />PF3323 RPCA (071 IO 1) Page 5 of 5 <br />
