<br />General Description of the Reali2ned Parcels as Proposed: <br /> <br />1) Parcel "A" is reduced in size by 40 feet and becomes the "South 90 feet of Lot 3 and the <br />north 40 feet of Lot 4. <br /> <br />2) Parcel "B" is expanded in size by 40 feet and becomes "Lot 5 and the south 40 feet of Lot <br />4". <br /> <br />3) The recombination will include a 22 foot wide access and parking easement (11 feet on the <br />north and 11 feet on the south side of the new property line). The City has no role in the <br />private easements between the two lots. The state/county will require permits if a new <br />driveway entry to Rice Street is created. <br /> <br />4) Assuming the Council approves this recombination, you will then have to supply a certificate <br />of survey with correct and complete legal descriptions for both lots prior to recording with the <br />County. <br /> <br />Source: Mr. Krengel Fax of 06/18/01 <br />
