A.D. 2001 <br />at,j1:25 oclock~ - <br />County Recorder <br /> <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THECOP,*, <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 23rd day of July 2001, at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mastel, Maschka, Kysylyczyn, Klausing, and Goedeke <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Council Member Goedeke introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9914 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A 25 FOOT VARIANCE FROM SECTION 1007.01AIA <br />AND A 10 FOOT VARIANCE FROM SECTION 1007.01AIA OF THE ROSEVILLE <br />CITY CODE FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2361 WEST HIGHWAY 36 (pF 3328) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Bonestroo & Associates have requested a 25 foot variance for the west side <br />of the structure and a 10 foot variance from the south side of the structure for the purpose of <br />using the existing building for office and for a mechanical room addition; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Bonestroo property is located at 2316 West Highway 36, legally <br />described as: <br /> <br />Revised Description No. 1140, a specific part of the Northeast ~ of the Southwest 94 of <br />Section 8, Township 29, Range 23, City ofRoseville, Minnesota (PID # 082923310007). <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 1007.01Ala of the Roseville City Code requires a front yard <br />setback of 40 feet from a property line; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Bonestroo property is a comer lot having a 40 fciot setback requirement <br />adjacent St. Croix Street (west) and West Highway 36 (south); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Bonestroo proposes to convert the office warehouse structure into a primary <br />office building and needs an new mechanical room to house the HV AC equipment; and <br /> <br />1 <br />
