<br />WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission held a public hearing regarding the <br />variance request by Mr. Bonestroo & Associates and recommended (7-0) to approve the request, <br />based on findings outlined in Section 4 of the project report dated 7/11/01. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to grant <br />Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik, and Associates a 25 foot variance from Section 1007.01Ala of the <br />Roseville City Code for the existing structure and mechanical room addition adjacent St. Croix <br />Street or the west property line and a 10 foot variance from Section 1007.01Ala of the Roseville <br />City Code for the existing structure adjacent West Highway 36 or the south property line, based <br />on the findings in Section 4 of the project report dated 7/23/01. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Kysylyczyn and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Mastel, <br />Mashka, Kysylyczyn, Klausing, and Goedeke. <br /> <br />and the following voted against: none <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />2 <br />
