<br /> <br />September 4, 2001 <br /> <br />Neighbors, <br /> <br />On Wednesday, September 12,2001, at 6:30 p.m., the Roseville Planning Commission <br />will open the continued hearing on the Kathleen Agness rezoning case at 2256 Lexington <br />A venue. <br /> <br />Attached are the staff review and recommendations to the Planning Commission. Note <br />that the staff took into consideration the rezoning vs. "special use" dilemma and <br />recommended no rezoning but did recommend a five-year interim use for an office only <br />(with conditions). <br /> <br />The Planning Commission;s role is to hear additional comment from the applicant and <br />the public and to make a recommendation to the City Council. <br /> <br />Normally this recommendation is sent to the next available Council meeting for a <br />decision. That meeting is scheduled for Monday, September 24,2001, beginning at 6:30 <br />p.m. You may check the agenda or call city hall for an estimate of what time this may <br />occur during the meeting. <br /> <br /> <br />Dennis P.
