The <br />nearby neighbors would be much happier with the business I am operating out of the <br />building as opposed to the music school for many reasons: 1) I have significantly less <br />traffic than the music school; 2) office hours are generally 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with <br />approximately 12 cars during those hours (there also may be an additional 1 - 2 cars when <br />a client is in the office, however, we usually meet clients off-site; ~nce our busiQess \! <br />... housing, I feel it is imperative that the home be maintained in extreme y 200d condition <br />and to kee the residential look; and 4) I do not intend to change the physical appearance <br />o the property. <br />- <br /> <br />/ <br /> <br />I'will be asking the Roseville City Council to look at rezoning this property so I can <br />continue to operate my business. If the request is denied, I will be forced to close the <br />business and all the hard work and money will be lost.
