<br />August 23, 2002 <br /> <br />Ms. Kathleen Agness <br />Schorn Realty <br />2256 Lexington Avenue <br />Roseville, MN 55113 <br /> <br />RE: Interim Use Permit, 2256 Lexington Avenue (PF3329) <br /> <br />Dear Ms Agness: <br /> <br />The purpose of this letter is remind you that by action of the City Council September 24,2001, <br />you were granted an Interim Use Pennit to continue the operation of a real estate and mortgage <br />office at 2256 Lexington Avenue for a five-year period, commencing as of September 24, 2001. <br /> <br />A copy of the resolution adopted by the Council, on September 241\ is enclosed. As indicated in <br />the resolution, the five-year interim use pennit is to be reviewed administratively on an annual <br />basis with a report to the Planning Commission and Council. The pennit was approved contingent <br />upon several conditions (numbered 1 through 14) as listed on pages 2 through 4 of the resolution. <br /> <br />During the next 2 weeks, I would like to visit with you and/or Bill Schorn on the site to begin <br />preparation of the administrative review for compliance with the resolution's conditions. I will <br />then write a report for Planning Commission review on October 2, 2002, and the City Council on <br />October 14,2002. As is customary for any item on the Planning Commission's agenda, a postcard <br />notice of the Planning Commission review on October 2,2002 will be sent to the property owners <br />within 350 feet of your site. <br /> <br />I will call you in next week to set up a time for the on site review.
