<br />~~ <br />Community Development Department <br /> <br />Memo <br /> <br />To: Dennis Welsch, Community Development Director <br />From: Don Munson, Codes Coordinator <br />Date: 09/07/01 <br />Re: 2256 Lexington - Schorn Realty <br /> <br />On September 5th an inspection was conducted on the above referenced property in response <br />to the requested rezoning from R-l to B. The inspection revealed missing or nonexistent <br />handrails and exit signs which must be corrected as they are life safety issues. Although not <br />required to be upgraded by code at this point, it should be noted that the building is not <br />handicap accessible (there is not an accessible parking stall, there is no accessible entry, there <br />is no accessible restroom).
