<br />Minor Subdivision <br /> <br />Transfer of part of lot at 2968 Chatsworth St. <br />to add to lot at 990 Lydia Drive. <br /> <br />Information prepared by Mary Cecilia Walsh <br /> <br />My lot at 990 Lydia Drive is situated at a right angle to the lot at <br />2968 Chatsworth so that the back of my lot abuts the back of the <br />lot at 2968 Chatsworth. This part of the lot is not buildable as there <br />is no road access. For years my husband has been mowing the part <br />of the Chatsworth lot that is continuous with my lot and the owner <br />of the Chatsworth lot has permitted me to maintain a garden on the <br />Chatsworth lot. <br /> <br />The lot at 2968 Chatsworth extends for about 220 feet from <br />Chatsworth. I wish to purchase the part of this lot that lies behind <br />my house with the border of the purchased land being an extension <br />of my border and the width of the purchased lot being less than <br />100 feet. This leaves about 120 feet of lot remaining at 2968 <br />Chatsworth. <br /> <br />As my kitchen and south-facing porch overlook this part of the <br />Chatsworth lot, I have always enjoyed viewing it. I would like to <br />improve this view. My plans are to plant decorative trees and <br />flower gardens in the purchased land to pursue my hobby of <br />gardening. <br />
