<br />Welsch, Dennis <br /> <br />From: <br />Sent: <br />To: <br />Subject: <br /> <br />Driscoll, Margaret <br />Thursday, August 02,2001 12:34 PM <br />Welsch, Dennis <br />RE: Roseville Covenant Church 2865 Hamline Avenue <br /> <br />Regular meeting of the City Council- Tuesday, June 25,1996. <br /> <br />Page 4 <br /> <br />Maschka moved, Goedeke seconded, that Dennis Batty/Roseville Covenant Church request for preliminary and <br />final plat approval, vacation of utility and walkway easements, and a 16-1/2 foot height variance from the R-l <br />Zoning District requirement of 30 feet for their building at 2865 Hamline Avenue North be continued to the <br />regular City Council meeting of July 8, 1996. <br /> <br />Goedeke moved, Maschka seconded, that Resolution 9307, extending the review period for the Dennis <br />Batty/Roseville Covenant Church request for preliminary and final plat approval, vacation of utility and <br />walkway easements, and a 16-1/2 foot height variance from the R-I Zoning District requirement of30 feet for <br />their building at 2865 Hamline Avenue North for 60 days, consistent with Minnesota Statutes 15.99, be <br />adopted. <br /> <br />Regular meeting of the City Council - July 8, 1996. <br /> <br />Page 3 <br /> <br />Goedeke moved, Maschka seconded, that the purchase of the Gryskiewicz property in the amount of $20,000, to <br />be funded from the Storm Water Utility Fund, as part of the negotiation for City participation in the storm sewer <br />costs for the Owasso Hills development, be approved and authorizing the Mayor and City Manager to sign a <br />purchase agreement on behalf of the City Council. <br />Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that the Roseville Covenant Church request for preliminary and final plat <br />approval, vacation of easements, and a 16.5 foot height variance from R-l standards of 30 feet for their <br />proposed building at 2865 Hamline Avenue North be continued to the regular City Council meeting of Monday, <br />August 12, 1996. <br /> <br />8/12/96 <br />Wiski moved, Mastel seconded, that Dennis Batty/Roseville Covenant Church request for preliminary and final <br />plat approval, vacation of utility and walkway easements, and a 16-1/2 foot height variance from the R-l <br />Zoning District requirement of 30 feet for their building at 2865 Hamline Avenue North, be continued to the <br />regular City Council meeting of Monday, August 26, 1996. Landscape, screening, fencing plans, HV AC <br />locations, and final grading plans were not submitted in time for staff review. <br />Maschka moved, Goedeke seconded, that David SeabergiUls request for a lot division at 3095 Wheeler Street be <br />approved, subject to the following conditions: <br />1. That the survey be corrected to show the additional right-of-way granted with Easement Document No. <br />2063633 in November, 1979. <br />2. That a sewer permit be obtained before extending sewer to the site. <br />3. That the existing garage be removed from the site ifno principle structure is constructed within one (1) <br />year. <br /> <br />8/26/96 <br />Mastel moved, Goedeke seconded, that Resolution 9322A, finding that a Comprehensive Plan amendment and <br />Conditional Use Permit are not required concerning the Dennis Batty/Roseville Covenant Church request for <br />City approvals at 2865 Hamline Avenue North, be adopted. <br /> <br />1 <br />
