This project involves
construction of the corporate facilities for Centre Pornte Solutions (Soluua CODsulting) within a
portion of the Centre Pointe Business Park. The project involves constl1.1ction of a 21,500 square
foot two-story building with an undergroW1d parking garage. We offer the following comments
for your consideration.

The DNR notes that an EA W for an increase in office space was -reviewed earlier this
year. The DNR submitted comments on. that proposal and a copy of1hose comments is included
with this letter for your infonnatioIl.

This proposal appears to n.ot be a major change to the overall plan for the Centre Pointe
Business Park.

Item No. 14 of the EA W discusses water-related land use m<inage111ent districts.
Although the City of Roseville does not include Public \-Vater Wetland basin 62-0050W in its
shoreland management ordinance, we suggest screening the proposed building from park or trail
system users thxough the use of existing trees or through planting new trees. In addition, while
there are no Federal Emergency Management Agency-designated floodplains on the Centre Point
site, it is important to ensure that the new building is constructed with its lowest level well above
the potential 1 % (lOO-year) flood elevations of the stormwater ponds on the property.

DNR Information: 651-296-6157 · 1-888-646-6367 ..
