This amendment request would <br />allow an increase in the total building square footage on the site owned by Solutia <br />Consulting. Solutia is proposing to construct a 21,240 S.F; building, and chang~ the <br />approved use from restaurant to office. The increase'in building area form the previously <br />approved building area of6,000 S,F. is 15,240 S:F, will be accomplished by constructing a <br />two story building with an underground garage. The change in use is permitted in the <br />existing PUD Agreement. ' <br /> <br />Centre Point Solutions, LLC was formed as a building development company, <br />initially to bujld an office building which will support Solutia Consulting, <br />Inc. Solutia Consulting, Inc. is a Minnesota based Business and Information <br />Systems Consulting company headquartered in the Twin CitIes since 1997. , We ' <br />provide consulting services to assist our Fortune 500 customers in building <br />applications which support their business. Key disciplines include Project <br />Management, Business Analysis, Application Development(Microsoft & Java), <br />Quality Assuranc'e and Package Selection/Implementation. Rick Kuula <br />currently owns both companies. <br /> <br />This will become our: corporate office location. Solutia is <br />planning to occupy the first floor of the office building and lease the 2nd <br />floor to other tenant(s) until our growth requires us to use the additional <br />space.
