<br />TheCe~tre Pointe Busjness P~rk pub Business Zone No. '1177 was approved by the City
<br />~ouncil in April of 1997 and pen:nits a variety of office park :uses. The PUD for Centre'
<br />Pointe has been a~ended several times through the years to accommodate changes in use and
<br />density., As the attached table illustrates, the Centre Pointe Business Park i~ built out WIth the
<br />exception' ofthe Solutia Consulting parcel and severa! buildings on the Veritas campus.

<br />This PUD, site covers 47.6 'acr~s and is bound by Interstate 35W to the west, County Road D
<br />t9 the north and Cleveland Avenue to the east with a 'City/MnDOT pond and wetlands to the
<br />south. The Solutia Site ,lies in the northern section of Centre Pointe. ' The Site is 1.42-acres
<br />and was purchased by Centre Pointe Solutions in the Spring of 2001:,
