Citizen Petition If EAW or EIS is mandatory give EQB rule category subpart number and subpart name: The current project proposer, Centre Pointe Solutions (Solutia Consulting) proposes to construct its corporate facilities within a portion ofthe Centre Pointe Business Park in Roseville, a project first proposed more than fifteen years ago. In 1985, Woodbridge Properties, Inc. proposed constructing Centre Pointe, which included 647,000 square feet of office and garden/office/service space. As part of the approval process, an Environmental Assessment Worksheet was prepared for the City of Roseville in December of 1985.
