On February 10, 1986, following the mandatory EA W comment and review process, the Roseville City Council passed Resolution 7861-Finding of a Negative Declaration for a Full Environmentallmpact Statement-Centre Pointe Business Park project. .. Following the approval and in accordance with the approved plan, all identified environmental hazards were removed, all required permits were obtained and the site was mass-graded in preparation for the development. In addition, two public roads (Lydia Avenue and Centre Pointe Drive) storm sewer, water mains, sanitary sewer, and eight stormwater ponds were installed to service the site. Due to relatively low demand for office space, only 2 ofthe 12 lots approved in the 1985 plan were built. These 2 lots currently contain 120,000 SF of office space. In 1997, Ryan proposed to develop the remaining ten lots, replatting them to create two additional lots (see 1997 Master Site Plan, Figure 5A). The proposed uses included two business hotels, two sit-down restaurants, five office buildings, two office-showrooms, and one office-manufacturing for a total of619,000 SF. In 1997 an EA W was prepared and a negative declaration adopted by the City of Roseville for the Centre Pointe Business Park as summarized above. In February 2000 a minor administrative amendment permitting an increase in the building area by 10% was approved by the City of Roseville. The south 16 acres of Centre Pointe Business Park were then sold to Veritas and Veritas commenced construction on Veritas Building 1. In the summer of 2000, the PUD was amended to allow construction of a third hotel in place of an office building within Centre Pointe. In April of2001, the PUD and EA W was amended to allow an increase of 122,000 S.F. of office space for the Veritas Campus. The following chart summarizes the approvals for the Centre Pointe project.
