Individual businesses will be responsible for their own source <br />separation plan, and recycling will be coordinated through their chosen solid waste <br />contractor. All unrecyclable wastes will be hauled off-site by licensed waste haulers <br />to approved landfills. <br /> <br />c, Indicate the number, location, size and use of any above or belowground tanks to <br />store petroleum products or other materials, except water. Describe any emergency <br />response containment plans, <br /> <br />Proposed site uses are not of the type that typically require above or below ground <br />storage of petroleum products or other potentially hazardous materials in tanks. Any <br />such tank that is necessary for a future user would have to be approved and permitted <br />through the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) and other jurisdictional <br />agencIes. <br /> <br />21. Estimate maximum peak <br />hour traffic generated (if known) and time of occurrence. At full development, the proposed <br />Centre Pointe development is expected to generate 883 trips in the p.m. peak hour of 4:30 to <br />5:30 p.m. Of these 896 trips, 213 trips are expected to be entering the site and 683 trips are <br />expected to be exiting the site. Provide an estimate of the impact on traffic congestion on <br />affectedroads and describe any traffic improvements necessary. Ijthe project is within the <br />Twin Cities metropolitan area, discuss its impact on the regional transportation system. <br /> <br />An addendum to the comprehensive traffic study has been performed to examine the <br />additional potential impacts ofthe Centre Pointe development due the additional 15,000 SF <br />of office usage. The detailed traffic report and addendum are appended to this report as <br />Attachment C. The following paragraphs provide a summary of the traffic analyses <br />presented in the attached report. <br /> <br />The daily and peak hour trip generation was estimated using the Institute of Transportation <br />Engineers' Trip Generation, 6th Edition, resulting in the trips listed above.
